I met Ellevan at an awesome chef battle event in Toronto.  The chefs were inspiring, but Ellevan stole the show!! I booked him on the spot for my own private event and he was a hit!!  It takes a very bright, funny and quick witted person to entertain like Ellevan does. Knowing very little about our guests, he was still able to amaze everyone.  I'm still getting compliments on his talent from a party that was 5 months ago.  Not only is he a true artist, he's also a super guy and very reliable too!  I hope he'll be willing to fly to Nyc for my next big event!!
